The Zafira Ambassador Program ("Program") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have an active social media, content, or community presence. Zafira Organics ("Zafira," "we," "us") reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, and to remove an Ambassador from the Program at any time for any reason.
The Program is open internationally. Payout method and any applicable tax documentation may vary by country, and our team will walk you through country-specific requirements during onboarding.
Applying to the Program does not guarantee acceptance. Once approved, you'll receive a unique referral link and/or discount code, access to your Ambassador dashboard, and onboarding materials. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Ambassadors earn commission on qualifying orders placed using their unique referral link or code. Commission rates are tiered based on monthly order volume and increase as your performance grows, with no maximum cap. Current tier thresholds and rates are available in your Ambassador dashboard and may be updated by Zafira from time to time, with advance notice to active Ambassadors.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out on a rolling basis once your balance meets the applicable minimum payout threshold, as shown in your dashboard. Payouts are issued via the payment method you provide during onboarding. Zafira is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the Ambassador.
Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Zafira in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement guidelines (including, where applicable, FTC guidance on material connections) in all promotional content.
Ambassadors are expected to represent Zafira professionally and in good faith. Zafira reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Ambassador's participation, and to withhold unpaid commissions accrued through violating conduct, if the Ambassador engages in conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or that Zafira reasonably determines is harmful to its brand, community, or business.
Zafira grants Ambassadors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Zafira's name, logo, product images, and approved marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Program during their participation. This license terminates automatically upon termination of your Ambassador status. Any content you create may be reshared by Zafira across its own marketing channels with attribution where practical, unless you opt out in writing.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your referral link and code will be deactivated, and you will forfeit the right to earn future commissions, though commissions already earned and payable as of the termination date will still be paid out, subject to the standard payout schedule and threshold.
Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees of Zafira, and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions earned through the Program. Zafira may require tax documentation (such as a completed W-9 or W-8BEN, depending on your location) before releasing payouts, and may issue applicable tax forms as required by law.
The Program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zafira disclaims all warranties regarding the Program and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party platform outages.
Zafira may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Ambassadors via email or dashboard notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
